Overview
Students are introduced to core academics at this stage as this marks the beginning of key stage 2.
They will learn to:
- Improving the spelling patterns they have begun in previous years with more emphasis on understanding and learning the spelling rules.
- Writing by introducing new writing styles, genre that focuses on releasing the creative instincts in the child.
- Column addition and subtraction of three digit numbers, whole numbers and fractions.
