We believe in the sustained relationship between the private sectors, not-for-profits and the state in creating equity for every citizen, both the plebeian and the patrician. This is why we constantly work with government agencies, local and international not-for-profits, businesses and other learning institutions in delivering grassroots’ intervention to students from underserved communities, reward for national and state teachers, award for businesses and individuals aiding education in their respective communities and a host of others.
Project ROSES
In January 2020, we launched the project ROSES – a project that promises to Raise One Thousand Software Engineers from the Slum. The central aim is to teach computer programming skills to children from underprivileged families across Nigeria. Our foundation, The Mind Smith Education Foundation, entered an agreement with The Nigerian Red Cross Society, Lagos Chapter, to start with the children under the care of the society.

The event is always an emotionally charged evening with many teary eyes as C-Suite Execs, Managers and Professionals from all walks of life come in contact again with those teachers they lost touch with some 20 to 30 years ago.
