Every choice we make begins with one question: is this better for the children in our care? If the answer is no, we simply do not do it.
MindSmith started with a stubborn belief: that a child in any city, in any timezone, deserves the same live, rigorous, deeply human education as a child sitting in the finest classroom in the world. We had taught for more than thirteen years. We had seen what a great teacher can do, and how much distance and cost kept getting in the way. So we built a school that keeps the teacher and quietly loses the barriers.
We know a child does not become excellent by watching videos alone. They need rhythm, encouragement, a little healthy challenge, and teachers who catch the small things before they grow into big ones. That is the school we run, every single day.
